Parkour Intensive Camp (Beginner)

Service Description

Ages: 7-14 Our vision at Berwyn Training is to help usher in the new generation of parkour athletes in the DMV area. This week-intensive is tailored to strengthen the body, steal the mind, and bring courage to the self. Our coaches have trained for thousands of hours to master their fears and bodies, so they can do what others cannot. In this course we will teach and drill all beginner & intermediate level parkour techniques, do intense work outs to help the body grow, and to learn the history and application of Parkour. We want to provide a unique parkour experience, our goal is to shuttle our campers to iconic DMV parkour locations. With our state of the art Parkour facility we will equip your child with all the skills needed and with all the fun desired!
